Wow fantastic service from start to finish!! Called rob in a panic on Tuesday evening as I saw a rat in my back garden, rob came out the following day to set traps and cameras in the garden (even picked my house keys up from my work because I was too terrified to open the back gate for them to access the property whilst I was out) then the following day the rat has been caught 👍 honestly couldn’t thank them enough!!

Heard scratching at the back of our fireplace wall, thinking rats I rang Yor Pest Control. Rob said ‘Do not worry I’ll be with you within the hour’ True to his word he arrived thankfully in an unmarked vehicle ( we don’t like attention ) listening for a while he said it’s some kind of bird. He set straight to it carefully removing the blanking plate from the old fire place and setting a net, I left the room 🤣 then like magic a few minutes later Rob brought out a live pigeon which he let go out the back garden. Next stage he rang his roofing contractor and organised a fix on our chimney pot. I can not recommend Rob highly enough, fast response a knowledgeable a five star company.

we have been struggling with a persistent rat problem in our terrace house for two years we had other companies attend previously they both used poison but the rats just kept returning Jay from your pest control was a game changer unlike the others he used a drain camera to investigate further and discovered a hole in the pipe that was allowing the rats directly into our wall cavities. We had an issue with squirrels getting into the roof area of our detached double garage/mancave. The first pest control company we contacted came , looked and stated they couldn't help as the gap was too small to put traps! No solution offered but still charged. I contacted Yor-Pest and spoke to Jay. He promptly came out and advised on a course of action to prevent the squirrels getting in the roof area. Jay came back two days later and implemented his plan. He sealed the access points very efficiently with no mess and the problem has been sorted! There are still squirrels in the area but NOT in my roof space!!

Absolutely amazing service here. Had a Rat problem ever since we had our extension done that started 3 years ago. Cory was right out and from the start I could tell this could be our solution. Your-pest have been a wonderful and reliable company for years. They have always come out to us within 24 hours of getting a call and have dealt with various wasps nests in difficult to reach locations. This year was particularly bad with 8 wasps nests around the house. Jay dealt with them all efficiently despite some of them being difficult to access. He was patient in dealing with them and clearly explained each step necessary. I recommend Yor-pest to friends frequently and will always call them first with any pest issue.

The following day Rob came out to check the issue, laid some poison down and offered some advice.Not only did Rob sort my pest problem but he also happened to mention that his son does loft boarding as well. He came round and offered a very reasonable quote so now not only is my loft pest free it's also fully boarded, correctly insulated and also has a new loft hatch installed! Living in an old Victorian style house in the city centre we have had a couple of rat issues previously. We have always used Yor Pest Control and they’ve been great. This time though we got to meet Patch too who hunted out the vermin in less than 5mins! Hopefully they have gone but if they come back Yor Pest Control and Patch will be first call!!
